Electronic connected Medical Records for Retina Specialists


The ifa system offers solutions for the special requirements of retina specialists:

  1. ifa systems also named the “connectivity company” offers interfaces to all relevant equipment (OCTs etc.).
  2. The ifa system can interface to existing image systems (e.g. VisuPac, Eye route, Eye Explorer etc.).
  3. ifa EyeDraw, an integrated fundus drawing module, allows the use of preset as well as custom symbols.
  4. With ifa, the data is stored in a way that it is structured, i.e. meaningful: all the data that is entered into the system can be reviewed, filtered and used for analyses.
  5. Because of ifa's structured data, retina specialists can do their own outcome analysis (e.g. therapy benefit management for AMD and DR treatments).
  6. ifa offers automated reports, with extracted information and images, that can be mailed or printed.
